Ordering Online - We do not accept orders by phone

Currently, PayPal is the only way we have to take credit cards. Sometimes Paypal does not work properly and you have to keep trying. We apologize for the inconvenience. Eventually the orders usually go through. You should receive an email, from PayPal, confirming your order and another email when your shipping label is printed. But some people will not receive these because of their spam blockers.

We are a 2 person company, so we don't have the manpower to accept orders over the telephone.   We have chosen PayPal, because it is safe and secure for processing our orders.  We understand that some people do not want to enter credit card information online. Please check the list of retailers below, many will take orders over the phone.
 
US Shipping
Free shipping on all orders within the US. Most orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail on the next business day after the order is received. If your order includes a WR700 Fence Readout or a WR550 Remote Readout, your order may ship Parcel Post or via UPS. We do combine multiple orders to a single shipping address. You should receive an email when the shipping label is purchased giving the date your order will be shipped. Your confirmation email will be sent from PayPal.  Please be aware that the “Tracking number” provided by USPS is only a delivery confirmation number. The initial message at the USPS website may not change until after your order has been delivered.
 
International Orders

Because we are a two person company, our shipping is limited to within the US. The time consuming customs paperwork and expense of international shipping has made shipping to other countries prohibitive.

Warranty and returns

We offer a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects. We will replace or repair any of our products that fail to function properly for up to one year with proof of the date of original purchase from any of the dealers listed here on our website.*1

We do not honor warranty on third party purchases through places like Ebay or independent sellers on Amazon*2 or other sites. You must contact the seller for their warranty policy.

We do not honor warranty on products sold outside the US. Contact the seller for their warranty information.

Products purchased through our website can always be returned for a full refund; less shipping and handling. We must receive the return within 30 days of the original purchase and it must be in the original packaging and in condition that it can be re-sold. Contact us at digital@wixey.com for the shipping address. You must include your name, ship to address and a receipt or transaction id with the returned product.

*1 Note: Products returned to us needing only a clean new battery or battery contacts cleaned with a pencil eraser, will be charged $10.00 for return shipping and handling.

*2 Note: Just because your receipt says AMAZON at the top does not mean you purchased from AMAZON. Be sure to check just under the item and make sure it was sold by Amazon or one of our other dealers.
